At CMA, we're proud to provide the highest
level of Field Account Managers in the Southeast. Our sales team is comprised
of highly trained, dedicated associates, each with several years of
experience. Because we understand that product knowledge is imperative, we
put our sales force through an extensive Sales and Product training program
right from the start, and we continually challenge them to expand their
capabilities once they are on the road. There are three Regional Managers
at CMA, who's priorities are training, setting goals, monitoring and
coaching our Field Sales team. Our Field Sales constitute 70% of CMA's total sales!
We strongly believe in developing close relationships
with our retailers, which is why so many of them have relied on CMA for years. Our sales territories have been carefully drawn with one thing
in mind: creating, building and maintaining customer relationships. Our
account managers visit retailers more often and sell them more items per
visit, making CMA and its manufacturers' products key ingredients in
the retailer's business.
CMA assigns a Manufacturer Liaison to
each of our suppliers, providing them with a dedicated sales professional
within the field. The Manufacturer Liaison is one of the supplier's
greatest connections to the customers- gathering feedback and ideas, and
judging reactions to products and marketing. They act as the "eyes and
ears," of their assigned supplier while on the road working with their
accounts. The end result is greater sales at both the wholesale and retail
levels- just one more way that CMA demonstrates our commitment to
our manufactures and retailers.

Orders, service requests, and call reports are processed exclusively via
the web site ensuring accurate and instant transmission. Customer can also
write orders and request service via this site.
